Come along to “Cork and Hoot” this Friday the 29th – A night of nocturnal wonder!

Ed McNabb, wildlife ecologist and nocturnal animal expert, will be guest speaking on the fascinating owls of southern Australia. Attendees will learn all about the owls which reside in our region, and hear recordings of their characteristic calls which are a vital surveying tool. This event will be enjoyed by those with a general interest in native wildlife and dedicated “birdos” alike. NGT currently has a particular interest in the Barking Owl and will soon be conducting owl surveys in the region; read more here.

Wine and nibbles will be available from 6:30pm with the presentation set to begin at 7:15pm.
