First newsletter released on mulloway research

First newsletter released on mulloway research

Since launching the citizen science project on mulloway last August, we have received a great amount of support from recreational angler’s right across Victoria and the South East. This week, I am pleased to be able to release the first newsletter, which provides feedback on the research outcomes so far to recreational anglers. You can view this newsletter here: Mulloway Research Newsletter 2014/15.

Anyone that is lucky enough to catch mulloway from estuarine and coastal waters of Victoria and the South East of South Australia are encouraged to become actively involved in our research, which will help us to better understand this iconic species. It is as simple as dropping off your filleted fish frame at any of our six designated locations (please see the newsletter for more details).

Please feel free to get in touch with me  for further information.

Happy fishing!
