Get ‘Up Close’ to nature – Autumn events & calendar are here!

Hi everyone,

They’re here! Nature Glenelg Trust along with Natural Resources SE and a host of partners bring you the Biodiversity ‘Up Close’ events – a series of FREE walks, talks and opportunities for you and the family to meet the experts and learn about the amazing things nature offers across the South East of South Australia and Victoria’s South West.

From learning about Aboriginal plant uses; helping rediscover a rare butterfly not seen since 2007; discovering more about a local legless lizard and little penguins; taking a journey back in time when megafauna roamed; a morning of birdsong and explore the amazing life that lives in deadwood and hollows….. there really is something for everyone.

2013 “Up Close” Events

Nature Glenelg Trust has also pulled together a calendar of environmental events happening throughout the South East of South Australia and Victoria’s South West over the Autumn months including working bees, training, outings, surveys, talks and everything in between.

For further details and to download the flyer and calendar (electronic and print friendly versions) go to Up Close events web page at: http://natureglenelg.org.au/current-projects/up-close-events-2013/

Please feel free to forward this link out to all your networks and help spread the word of the brilliant things on offer in our part of the world.

Cheerio
