Last chance for kids to attend our Fishing for the Future clinics!

The Coastal Connections program (organised by DEWNR) is well underway across the South East with kids participating in everything from kayaking to rock pool rambles, sand sculpting to fishing! Last week we kicked off our Fishing for the Future clinics (funded by the SA Government) at Port MacDonnell and Robe. Kids learnt the basics of sustainable fishing and were also given an introduction to fisheries science by learning how to age their own cut out fish. Despite only a few fish being caught, the kids had a fantastic time!

This week we are running more fishing clinics across the South East and urge parents to book in as places are limited! The clinics are free and each participant receives their own sustainable fishing pack. Check out the timetable for more information on each activity.

Bookings can be made through www.naturalresourcesse.eventbrite.com or call Elouise on 0467 797 201.
