Walker Swamp update – making progress in fundraising, and a great time to get on board!

It has been a couple of weeks since the last update, but thanks to the fantastic support of dozens of donors we are steadily moving towards clearing the land-purchase debt for Walker Swamp.

and the live tally is …

0%

Everyone who has contributed to the purchase of Walker Swamp (and their families) is on the invitation list for our exclusive supporter’s event, to be held on-site on World Rivers Day (Sunday the 29th of September).

If you’d like to join us for a great spring day out, and make a tangible difference to wetland conservation in western Victoria at the same time, please consider getting on board with the project today. Remember, any donation over $2 (which is tax-deductible) is all that it takes!

Out at Walker Swamp, Greg has been capturing some of the wonderful birds (and damselflies) enjoying the wetland habitat, and we are looking forward to seeing how other birdlife responds as the habitat continues to flourish.
