Another planting festival coming up in our region!

Hindmarsh Landcare Network is looking to recruit community members to join their planting festival on the weekend of 7-8 July in the Kaniva area in western Victoria.

The Landcare group will be aiming to plant 12,000 seedlings at two properties in diverse habitats including creekline and Grey Box/Buloke woodland. A delicious lunch will be provided to volunteers by the local Karen community, so let the group know if you intend to head along.

While this is not an NGT project, we are happy to support the revegetation efforts of others and help by getting the word out. If you’d like to be involved follow this link for more info.
