Applications Open for the Community Nursery Project Co-ordinator Position

Applications Open for the Community Nursery Project Co-ordinator Position

As you all know, over the past few months Becky McCann has been helping get the Community Nursery Project up and running. As a result, communication with the revegetation sector across the region is well underway and (thanks to everyone’s input!) the immediate tasks for the community seedbank and nursery (to have maximum benefit across the region) have also become clear.

With the basis and direction of the project now firmly set, the time has come for Becky to hand over the reins to a new co-ordinator to implement this exciting project over the coming years. Hence, Nature Glenelg Trust is now calling for applications to fill this role. For the right person, this will be a fantastic opportunity to achieve some great things for revegetation works across our region.

And fear not, Becky will still be around – continuing to work part-time for Nature Glenelg Trust as our Community Engagement Specialist, and passing on her expertise to the new Co-ordinator.

Applications, to consist of a 2-page covering letter and CV, close at 5pm on the 24th of December 2012.

Information about the job can be found here – NGT Community Nursery Project – Job Specification – Dec 2012.
