Grant writing time….
Cath and I have been rather busy over the last week in pulling together what we think are some very exciting grant applications for our region (that is both South East SA and South West Victoria) under the Biodiversity Fund.
Now that we have hit the send button, it will be a nervous wait over the next couple of months, while we wait for the assessment process to occur.
If all goes to plan, then hopefully we’ll be in a position to help get some new wetland restoration projects happening on both public and private land in our region soon.
Why you might ask? Well just look at the map below – we live in a very important region for wetlands!
