National Wetlands Newsletter (USA)
We’re continuing to spread to word about the fantastic opportunities that exist in wetland restoration – working with passionate local communities to achieve tangible outcomes for iconic wetlands and their species, through on-ground action, has been a rewarding experience for us all here at NGT. The latest National Wetlands Newsletter, published by the Environmental Law Institute of America, is hot of the press and includes the article “Protecting and Restoring Iconic Wetlands in Australia” by Mark Bachmann and Ebony Holland (Australian Department of the Environment). For those among us who haven’t come across it before, the National Wetlands Newsletter comes out every two months and while American focused, features international articles showcasing wetland policy, regulation, science and management – it’s a great read and highly recommended for those with a wetland focus!
