Nature Glenelg Trust joins the NRM Alliance in South Australia

A lightning trip to Adelaide last week for the breakfast launch of the new Naturelinks Website, included the official signing-up of Nature Glenelg Trust and the National Trust, as new partners in the NRM Alliance. The alliance is now comprised of 11 NGO’s active in conservation projects across South Australia, and sets out a framework for NGO’s and government agencies responsible for Natural Resource Management to work closely together.

For example, the NRM alliance provides the perfect vehicle for NGO’s working with government to deliver the Naturelinks program, delivering landscape-scale conservation projects across the state. In the South East region, our cross-border wetland restoration program is working towards goals in the River Murray-South East Naturelinks Plan. You can read more about the Naturelinks website launch in thisĀ DEWNR Naturelinks Launch Article.

NGT’s projects will soon appear on the Naturelinks website, providing another means of informing a wider audience about our work – so watch this space!
