Fieldwork Friday: Mount Burr Swamp planting

We have two days of planting at Mount Burr Swamp where we will be planting 6000 seedlings as part of our 20 Million Trees project.

August 9^th will be run as a Fieldwork Friday activity, starting from the NGT office at 9am. We will take the seedlings out to Mount Burr Swamp and get started on planting them.

Saturday 10^th August will be from 9am-3pm and we will spend the whole day planting. There will be a BBQ lunch provided.

These planting days are family-friendly events. There may be the possibility of getting a lift with NGT staff on the Saturday if required.

For both days, please bring sturdy boots/gumboots, weather-appropriate clothing, gloves, water and snacks. RSVP by Wednesday 7^th August (please specify any dietary requirements) to or 08 8797 8596.
