Mt Burr Swamp media wrap: Week 1
Week 1 of the fundraising campaign was huge, thanks to the support of our regional media!
As well as kicking things off on the NGT website and email newsletter, the Mt Burr Swamp project:
- was discussed on local ABC Radio at 9:30am on Wednesday the 24th August with mornings presenter Selina Green (part 2 is coming up this week at the same time)
- got a good mention on the regional WIN TV News on Friday evening
- was mentioned in various Facebook posts
- was shared on the Bitterns in Rice website (see here)
and
- was the subject of a really great story on Page 3 of Friday’s Border Watch newspaper in Mt Gambier (below as an image or download a pdf here)
