in News, Restoring the Underrepresented Ecological Communities of the South East
Last month, on June the 28th, the last of our native orchids were planted out on to private property near Robe, with 41 Little Dip Spider-orchids (Caladenia richardsiorum) planted in-between rain showers for the Restoring the Under-represented Ecological Communities project.
Last year NGT planted nearly 900 purpose grown orchids throughout the South East including the Metallic Sun-orchid (Thelymitra epipactoides), Little Dip Spider-orchid (Caladenia richardsiorum), Elegant Spider-orchid (Caladenia formosa), and Swamp Greenhood (Pterostylis tenuissima). Check out the blog from last year to find out more.
