Looking for short term work in Mt Gambier this winter? We are hiring casual field crew!

These positions are based out of our Mt Gambier (SA) office, and provide additional capacity to our existing field crew team. We are looking for 1-2 people to work over our busy winter field work season.

The field crew undertake a range of on-ground works tasks including weed control, tree planting, fencing and seed collecting – to name a few.  Work is typically physical and can involve long days, so will suit people who are physically fit and have flexibility around their work hours.

Being a field crew member is a great way to experience the breadth of work we undertake and see some amazing places.  It would suit someone looking for a short-term experience or if you want to build capacity in environmental work (e.g. students on mid-year breaks).

Field crew should have the following skills and capabilities:

• Physically fit and enjoy manual tasks
• Can-do attitude
• Relevant experience (e.g weed control, chainsaw) an advantage but not required

Based in Mt Gambier (SA).

HOW TO APPLY

Positions are offered for 6-8 weeks with a possibility of extension. Start dates flexible over June, depending on availability.
